All orders ship via UPS and are insured with a fee of $20 for standard items and $150 for oversized or heavy items (e.g., furniture, rugs). Please allow 6-8 business days from order confirmation to receive your order. If the item is out of stock or there is any other cause of delay, we will notify you by email and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
If you need express shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a rush order. At this time, we will give you an estimated price for One Day Express and Two Day Express and ask if you would still like to proceed. The orders must also be placed before 1pm (EST) for next day shipping. Once the item has been packaged and shipped, another transaction will be placed on your credit card with the exact amount of the express shipping and an email will be sent informing you of this transaction along with the actual cost of shipping.
Non-Continental US or International Shipments
We are pleased to ship internationally and the shipping charges are determined on an individual basis. Since shipping costs vary based on location, we request that before placing the order, please email email@example.com to receive an estimate shipping cost to confirm you do indeed want to proceed with the order. Once the item has been packaged and shipped, another transaction will be placed on your credit card with the exact amount of the shipping and an email will be sent informing you this along with the actual cost of shipping. You will be responsible for any customs or duty charges.
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a higher delivery charge of $150.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of items within 14 days of the purchase date based on the order confirmation email. We will credit the original form of payment or issue store credit excluding any shipping charges.
All products must be undamaged, unused, ticketed, and in the original packaging. NO returns or exchanges on special orders, personalized items, bedding, furniture, fine china, sale, or seasonal merchandise.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase to receive return authorization information. All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by our Return Authorization Number. Once an RA has been initiated, it is valid for 7 days only. Please note, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Merchandise damaged in transit
We recommend that you unpack and inspect your order upon immediately upon delivery. Please notify us within 48 hours of order receipt if the merchandise was damaged in shipment. Keep all packing materials and the shipping carton for possible inspection by UPS. Upon notification, we will begin the replacement process and provide further instructions to you. We will not be held liable in any way for damages not reported within 48 hours of delivery of merchandise.
